Coolio says that if our workout yields results like the picture, he wants in.
This is a competition, not a “program” and it’s not for little girls…..unless you’re Marilyn. There’s going to be sweating, grunting and lots of pain and self discipline, soldier.
When does all that stuff Scoundrel talks about start? After the mail-order shipments arrive?
