Morning Racquetball

Played racquetball this morning with the Wednesday gang. Cut-throat with Big D and Mr D. On the losing end again - 15-13-11 and with Mr. R and Super D. Lost again. I had some fun, but had to cut it short to get to work after being off for 10 days! Afterwards, I tried the cold-hot shower treatment on my knees. I don't have any real results to publish. 280.
