6-Week Program


I join this blog in the middle of a 6-week program to add 40 lbs. to my bench press. Starting week 4 today, I have been pleased with my results. Overall goals are to gain strength, add definition, and lose body fat.

Pre-Program 1 Rep Maxes:
Bench: 210 lbs.
Squat: 230 lbs.
Dead Lift: 240 lbs.

Stats:
Age: 32
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 187 lbs.
