40 minutes riding the bike on the rollers.
I’ve been sore and tired since yesterday’s workout. Exhausted actually. Now, after this workout and a good stretch, I fell right as rain. Rejuvinated even.
Which of these is NOT like the others?

I took and passed my HKC. I was not the most well conditioned athlete.
But I was VERY strong on technique. Everyone else was young, smiley,

I'm jealous of your rollers. I've got to get into stretching more. I just don't like it and it takes time.
I used to be super flexible. Toe-touching’s never been a problem. It’s amazing what 5 minutes can do to keep yourself from knotting up.
